Makeup Revolution I HEART Makeup Black Velvet Palette

Okay, we all know I'm obsessed with eye shadows and we know I'm not going to change and I'm probably going to have to go to a intervention one day for it. In the meantime, this is one of the latest palettes from Makeup Revolutions sister company I HEART Makeup and we just need to take a minute to show appreciation for this palette.
Makeup revolution have sent me some palettes in the past and you know that I will tell you honest reviews. They are very good quality for the amount they cost, it's crazy but this is something very different. So the palette has a big jewelled heart on the front and a really soft lid which is so cool. When you open up the palette, there are a range of basic shades with a few pop of colours in there to make your look go from basic to full affect with minimal effort. The shadows are insanely soft and velvety. I don't have it confirmed but it feels like they have changed their formula to something very special for how cheap they work out to be. Velvety shadows in a velvet palette, heaven!
I love that this palette has more matte's than shimmers as you can create a lot more with mattes and I makes the palette more versatile. This palette is only £7.99 and the quality of the shadow is crazy for £8. I paid £34 for a palette which was crap quality compared to this and that is one of the things I love about it because everyone would expect them to be rubbish due to the price but don't judge a book by its cover - they're so good.

I created this look below with Sweet as a transition shade blended in the crease then Wild which is a brown with a purple undertone, on top in the crease and down into each corner. On the lid I used a beautiful champagne colour called Long which went so well with the crease shade. I also took Wild down onto the lower lashline and popped Long in the corner for a little inner corner highlight. This look was so simple to achieve, you dont need to use a lot of shadows to create a look. Excuse the freckles coming out under my foundation.. as soon as the sun comes out, they start coming out!

Have you tried any of the I HEART Makeup Palettes? I would advise on this one!
